Polaroid film is gone. Discontinued in 2006. Fujifilm ended FP-100C in 2016. I bought 30 boxes when I heard. I still have a few left. When they’re gone, that’s it. When that time comes I will make a book of them.

The masses moved to digital. Something rare was lost.

Polaroid feels alive. A photograph you can hold in your hand two minutes after you made. There’s a sensuality to it — the softness, the tonality — imperfect, poetic.
